These Terms govern your use of vibesight.ai (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

vibesight.ai lets you design synthetic focus groups and run studies whose responses are generated by AI personas. Results are AI-generated and are provided for research and exploration; they are not statements of fact about real people.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully or to harm others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
• Do not misrepresent AI-generated output as responses from real, identified individuals.

Your content

You retain ownership of the groups, studies, and prompts you create. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service and generate results for you. Content you choose to make public (for example, in Explore) may be visible to other signed-in members.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the Service over time, and we may suspend accounts that violate them.
