This Privacy Policy explains what information vibesight.ai (“we”, “us”) collects when you use the service at app.vibesight.ai, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

• Account information — your email address and any profile details you provide when you sign in.
• Content you create — the focus groups, studies, and prompts you author, and the results generated for them.
• Technical data — basic request metadata (e.g. IP address, browser type) needed to operate and secure the service.

Firebase (authentication & storage)

We use Google Firebase to run core parts of the service: Firebase Authentication signs you in and secures your session, Cloud Firestore stores the groups, studies, and results you create, and Firebase Storage holds files you upload (such as images). Firebase processes this data on our behalf. See Google’s privacy documentation for how Firebase handles it.

Cookies and local storage

The marketing site at vibesight.ai uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate visitor behaviour. This sets analytics cookies, so we ask for your consent before loading it — decline and nothing is loaded or tracked. You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. The application at app.vibesight.ai uses the cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in, plus Google Analytics behind the same consent gate.

How we use your data

We use your data to provide the service, generate study results, secure your account, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.

Data sharing

We share data with infrastructure and model providers strictly to operate the service. Our current sub-processors are Google Firebase (authentication, database, and file storage), OpenRouter, and NVIDIA NIM (the AI model providers that generate persona responses).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing.
